PAINTING FACILITY : We have one of a kind painting facility (Paint Booth) with automatic arrangements for application of paints in a 100% dust/moisture free room.
Manufacturing Facilities
Thermo Oven: Immediately after application of paint the wagon is moved to oven with micro technological for baking. This ensure a longer life of paint with enhanced wagon life. Every coat of the paint on the wagon is baked. This is the first time such a facility has been installed in the country.
ROBOTIC WELDING : Another first in the wagon industry. The robots are Imported from Japan.
CNC, PLASMA CUTTING COMPUTER CONTROLLED MACHINES FROM GERMANY:
4 Nos. high precision CNC Plasma machines for steel cutting in various, shapes and sizes are presently under use for manufacturing of wagons. The weld joints and other quality parameters are met by their use.
DRILLING MACHINES : Imported from South Asian Countries and reputed Indian manufactures under use. These ensure proper size holes for accurate huck bolting.
STRESS RELIVING FURNANCE : 22 meter long furnace with computer, graphic chart print out and PLC controlled, with latest technology commissioned in the year 2010. Used in stress reliving of vessels and in pressure filling of gases; e.g. liquefied petroleum gas.
WELDING BOOM COLUMN M/C : Automatic submerged Arc Welding machines used in welding of Tank Wagon Barrels.
